I had the privilege to work with Andy when we were tasked with redesigning the Medium app. Andy took on a leadership role from day one and was the driving force to a successful final prototype. His ability to think critically with the user in mind while being a focal point during the visual design stages made him instrumental during our two-week design sprint. What I admire most about Andy is his tireless work ethic, willingness to take on all jobs no matter the size, and his ability to brighten the room with his sense of humor and friendly disposition.

Andrew and I were part of the same group of students for the UX Design course with General Assembly, and also worked together for a course project to add functionality to Medium's iOS application. Andrew always had something positive to contribute. For me, working around Andrew meant working around someone with a great sense of humor, who is a great team player, who takes the initiative to do more than what is expected. In my opinion, that is a person who will go far in whatever they choose to do. Andrew was an integral part of our teams final project, and overall a great person to work around. Any company is lucky to have him!
